PosEditor becomes PosTake

As our computational armada continues to grow and expand, I occasionally like to rename the existing systems to reflect a more accurate representation of what the machine's actual purpose is in our home. Though PosEditor was initially conceived very much as a video editing system meant to sit alongside my main computer, its current and past usage does not reflect this desire.

Generally, this system has mainly been used for data acquisition. Most often this is from physical sources, like creating digital backups for the tape backups of video projects I've done in the past. Hence, it has been renamed accordingly.

The hardware of this system was disseminated amongst various other systems during the last major rework, so the new version of the computer is likely a downgrade from what was previously used. Despite this, the computer has much potential to be useful in this space. Now, I simply need to get it back up and running.
